Iris is an experienced personal trainer who specializes in prevention of osteoporosis. After 35 years in the field, she has seen countless of cases, and she offers a unique online osteopenia fitness course.
The course is tailored to each individual’s needs, as Iris knows that everyone’s body works differently. She teaches the importance of strengthening the spine and core muscles, as well as practicing balance exercises to prevent falls.
